Ok, so its day six.. did I stall? hmmm..
So on day 4 I weighed myself and had gone down to 125kg, which is 4kg lost in 4 days!!... then yesterday I weighed myself and I had gone up to 126kg!!!!!! Noooooo
So anyway... I think I may have stalled... or maybe not.. I am not too bothered in day to day fluctuations as long as on a week by week or month by month the weight trend is going downwards!
If I did stall... I think it was down to raw cabbage I had in a salad!... it was only when I entered it into fitday.com that it seemed that it had about 16grams of carbs!!!
Ah well... still in ketosis though, which rocks!
