So its day 7...

Just weighed myself....
122kg or 268lbs or 19.2stone.

Which means in the week I have lost....
7kg or 15.4 lbs or 1.1 stone.

This week I have not cheated as such.. But last night I had a curry, no rice, no bombay potatoes... but it was a couple of curry dishes selected to hopefully have no induction illegal contents.. but you never know if they have added flower to thicken or anything like that... it was yummy but today my keto strips are showing I am still in ketosis but not as much as i was... hmmm

Also I have not been always eating every 6 hours.. I need to prepare more!

Also very little exercise due to feeling rough.. tomorrow I start at the gym!

Anyway. lets see what I loose in week two!!
