No I am sure I have stalled... Ketostrips are still showing me deep into ketosis, but no weight loss..
Been training yesterday and the day before, will be training tomorrow and the day after.. am I doing it for nothing??
This is so much easier when the scales are confirming that I am loosing... heres hoping tomorrow the weight goes down or something.. maybe I am retaining water?
