So its day 30... Wow.. I made it this far!!

Progress has been slow in the last 3 weeks but constant.

My first week I lost lots of lbs.. but I think a lot of that was water... so not amazing that in week 2 onwards progress was slower (week 2 actually had me gain a couple of lbs back, but a loss in inches!)

In week two I started going to the gym.. So this is going to have caused an increase in muscle mass... so again, not too worried that since week 1 on the weight front, its been slow.

So here is my progress... first number is start figure... second number is the figure from today... third figure is the difference..

Neck.. 18" ... 17.5" ... 0.5" lost
Chest.. 55.25" ... 52" ... 3.25" lost
Biseps .. 16.5" ... 16" ... 0.5" lost
Waist .. 55" ... 53" ... 2" lost
Hips .. 48.5" ... 48" ... 0.5" lost
Thighs .. 25.75" ... 24.5" ... 1.25" lost
Calves .. 19" ... 19" ... 0.0" lost (
Forearm .. 12.75" ... 12.25" ... 0.5" lost

And...

Weight .. 284.5lbs ... 266.75lbs ... 17.75lbs lost.

Interestingly, only a little lighter than I was at the end of week 1. But the measurements at the end of week 1 were almost the same as day one.. So.. I am shrinking still!!! Each week nearly all the numbers have gone down.

So.. This week I plan on trying to cut out some processed foods that have been sneeking in, and drink more water... lets see how it goes!
