WOW!

Its got to the point where my brain is getting tired of working out what day I am on, so I am now going to count in weeks! lol

Its week 7 in my transformation.

This week is a mixed bag.
Neck, hips, thighs and calves all went up a little (all by a half inch)
But.. Chest, waist and weight all went down.

The big change this week was 1 and a half inches down on waist size.

Biseps and forearms both remained the same as last week.

Last week was a bit hit and miss at the gym. I think I only made it there twice out of my planned 4 days a week.

Kicked off this week with today at the gym.. just got to make it again tomorrow, thursday and friday.. this is my goal for the comming week!

Anyway.. people seem to be commenting that I am loosing weight... but they could just be being nice as these people seem to all know what I am up to.. the real score would be someone who has not seen me for a couple of months commenting!

I need to work on food prep and forward planning a little.. this I think is letting me down a bit... been skipping some meals which also isnt ideal!!!

Anyway.. here goes another week.
