So its week 8... Just done my measurements.
You know, this week I was sure I had messed up somehow. For the last 3 days the ketostrips have been showing negative for ketosis. I was sure I had not changed my diet, I even thought I had improved it.
So, I was ready for dissapointment this evening at my weekly weigh and measure session... I was even beginning to feel fatter this week, even though I made it to the gym 3 times out of a planned 4!
So it looks like following my measurements my losses are across the board.
Neck - down 1/4 inch
Chest - down 1/4 inch
Biseps - down 1/2 inch
Waist - down 1/4 inch
Hips - down 3/4 inch
Thighs - down 3/4 inch
calves - down 1/2 inch
forearms - same
weight - down 4.4 lbs
So my weight is now ... 257.9 lbs!!
Thats a weight loss to date of .. 26.5 lbs in 7 weeks since the start of august..
Confusing.. I keep thinking its week 8, but realisticly I am just begining week 8, its actually 7 complete weeks since I began! even better!!!
