So its week 9.. Not sure where I went wrong this week.. Neck, Chest and waist measurements all decreased this week.. But weight, Biceps and forearms stayed the same as last week. I guess its still progress!
I could have and should have drunk more water.. I really do think water is important in this diet.
I did make it to the gym on 3 days out of my usual plan of 4 days.. I need to try harder here also.
Not just this, but I guess I have not been eating every 6 hours as I should.. Must try harder.
So my plan for this comming week... Gym - 4 days minimum... water - at least the 64oz per day and must plan and follow through with my eating intervals with more care!!!
I guess its not too bad.. I still lost on measurements even if not on weight.

It is necessary to keep you kidneys flushed out. This diet can cause kidney problems if you don't keep them flushed.
Also, your body only stores excess water when you're not getting enough of it, so drinking copious amounts of water actually alleviates the whole "water weight" problem, ironically enough.
