I almost didnt bother doing the weighing and measuring this week... But I did..

I was so sure I had stayed the same weight, or maybe gained.. along with expecting all my measurements to be the same or gone up... however......

Turns out, my weight is down 2 lbs again!!

Neck has shrunk 1/4 inch
chest has shrunk 1/2 inch
Biseps stayed the same
waist went UP by a whole inch!!!
hips shrunk by 3/4 inch!!!
thighs shrunk by 1/2 inch
calves shrunk by almost 3/4 inch
forearm stayed the same

I think my waist measurement is down to being a bit constipated.. which actually means, if I could shift it, I might loose some more weight! lol

Not been to the gym enough last week, I missed 1 day out of 4, so only went 3 times again,, I want to do a proper week this week.

Also my food wasnt brilliant, been skipping the odd meal

Lastly, still not drinking enough.. must try harder!

I'm shrinking, but not quick enough!..
