So its the end of week 11

Just done my weighing and measuring.. and the results are not great.

Neck +1/4"
Chest +1/3"
Biceps Same as last week
Waist -1 1/2"
Hips +1/2"
Thighs Same as last week
Calves -1/8"
Forearm - 3/8"
Weight - Same as last week

KetoStrips this week have only shown me as slightly in ketosis or not in it at all. (

So not too impressed with myself really... Second week in a row that my weight has stayed the same

Overall.. in the adding up, it looks like I lost almost an inch overall over the week.. But still not happy with so many numbers going up!!

However.. I think I know where I have been going wrong..

A couple of weeks ago, I watched a tv program about how they mass produce cheesecakes.. in the program they showed them using cream cheese and heavy cream to make them.. along with the biscuit base..

Anyway.. Watching the show, I thought.. AHA!!! I can have cheesecake, just not the base!! So for the last couple of weeks I have been eating a slice of cheesecake without the base every night or so... I know its lame!!

Anyway, not only this.. I made myself a crustless quiche.. and while at work, having forgot my lunch, thought... AHA.. I can go buy a quiche and just not eat the crust.

The cheesecake I now know almost certainly contains LOTS of sugar, and god only knows what is in the quiche filling..

So.. this week I will cut them out!! I have been a fool.. not sure if it was my brain being dumb behind the scenes secretly wanting this stuff, or if I really was dumb enough to believe factory made foods would not be packed out with sugar and flour.
