Well, some 12 hours later the next morning I weigh myself and what do I find??
I seem to have lost almost 4 lbs while sleeping!! Whats that all about huh??
Hmm.. note to self.. try to increase sleeping from 7 hours a night to 14 hours a night.. I could be at my target weight within a week! lol

The cauliflower hash browns didnt work out so well for me. Maybe it was something I did. I wonder if the radishes would work as rice too?
