I have a confession to make.
I am not proud of it, but this week, for one meal, I cheated!!!
I was having mad cravings for french fries.. I could taste them in my mind, it was sending me crazy!
So.. I gave in on wednesday night..
The whole meal was french fries and two large breaded sausages.
You know what, it tasted nothing like I remember it.
I was expecting it to be yummy, but I think my taste buds have changed as i did not enjoy it much at all.
I am now out of ketosis, although right after the meal I got back on the wagon.
This week I will probably see a gain in weight or inches, as my body will probably have seen those carbs and decided to deposit them and a whole heap of water all over my body
Anyway, time will tell. I will post another entry on saturday night or sunday morning when I have done my measuring..
The moral of this story.. don't cheat, it will not tast how you remember it and it will knock you back to a fatter you.
At least I have learned that now.. the cravings will not be able to tempt me again!!

Nothing ever does taste the way you remember, right? Ugh!
Don't worry, you will be back in ketosis before you know it!
To be honest I do not want to do it again, it was such a dissapointment.. if it had tasted better and had not made me feel so rough, I would more probably have fallen off the wagon completely!!
