I am getting closer and closer to recommitting to this way of life. I have learned from Atkins over the years that it is a lifelong commitment and not a quick fix. Having reached goal before and deciding to go on my own... I regained it all back and here I am. I have to commit to all of it or it doesn't work. Plus, it is so much harder the second (and third) time around to lose as quickly.
So, I am looking at a re-start day of Sunday. DH is heading out of town, the big Halloween bash full of temptations will be passed and it seems like the right time.
I know some will tell you to not wait but start now. I guess I would start cutting back on carbs now too. At least things like soda, coffee with sugar and creamer, bread. That way when Sunday gets here you will be ahead of the game. You might want to wean yourself off of caffeine if that is something you enjoy too.
Before I started Atkins I had already lost about 8 lbs just cutting back on my carbs (especially at night) and exercising more. I'm so glad I did! It made the start of Atkins a bit easier.
Don't forget to prepare your kitchen. Especially for the induction period! The induction flu can be a killer for some, as you might remember.

Good luck! I'm sure you will do fine!
