
Hey gang, I will be back tomorrow! I am starting this WOL for the last time. This time I am going to do things a bit differently. I have re-read the books and I am going to stay on plan exactly as Dr. Atkins wrote it. I am going to move fairly quickly up the rungs, if my weight loss allows it.
Last time, I stayed on induction the whole time and when I reached goal, I didn't know how to eat right and I gained it all back!
Today, I shopped and I am all set. Yes, I am giving up alcohol (until rung five) and I am giving up caffeine. (gasp!)
Look out for me. I will be the grumpy one.
