Crazy ... but I am doing it again. I am starting my induction over again.

I got way off plan... and need to get my head on straight again. I am going to do this the right way this time. No cheating...no sort of not cheating stuff either. 14 days straight.

Another girl on the site is starting over again today too, so I have a buddy.

Coffee, coffee, coffee... please. This is my only down fall. It is only two cups. There is nothing in it, just straight black gold. I live i n the coldest place on earth for pete's sake. I am not giving this up!

But the rest is all good. Wed. I plan to start swimming in the evening. I know...hard to believe but I am going to give it a try just the same.
