Going swimming on Wed. really helped me get back into the right frame of mind. I have been doing great the last two days. Drinking my water and staying true to myself.
I plan on going swimming again this weekend. I am also thinking of purchasing a swimman ipod - it would be cool to listen to tunes as I do my laps. They are not cheep though...maybe it should be a reward to myself instead. Say if I drop five lbs. or hit 200 - since that is what they cost.
