Hungry?
Okay, I know this is dumb and I should be grateful...but I am not hungry. I eat the 3 eggs in the morning with a little cheese. I then can normally go till 11:30 without a snack. But as of late I am not even hungry at lunch time. What do I do? Do I eat anyway? Or just wait until I am? Go for a walk instead... I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. So maybe my title should be to eat or not to eat...that is the question.Tags: None

Hey have you tried Jello Fluff - it is wonderful.
one box of sugar free jello and four oz. of cream cheese. it is soooo good. recipe on lindas low carb site.
and I'm with everyone else here. You have to eat.
Some eat 3 regular meals, some eat up to 5 smaller meals. It's all a personal choice.
Also, I remember reading somewhere that drinking cold water burns more calories than room temp water. I think the claim was that the cold water draws heat from your core temp, which your body has to work to replace. Ill see if I can find the study, if there was one. Hopefully it wasnt some BS pseudo scientific claim.
Regardless, eat. Even if it's nothing more than a boiled egg, or like stated above, a few pepperoni slices. The pack of pepperoni I had a few days ago was 1g of carbs to 17 slices. you could eat a fistful of them for prob 2 carbs.
