I know why my scale is not moving.. it is because I have been sneaking in sugar. Yes i deserve to be whipped

I kept telling my self that a little here and a little there would not kill me. I mean who cares if the scale is not moving...my pant sizes are still getting smaller.
Well last night my body rebelled.. and my feet swelled up something awful. You should have seen my ankles. There where huge... like a oompaloompa.
I dont think the tea is working anyway so I might just listen to Bella and switch to something else... I really dont want my body to get any worse over drinking that stuff. Granted it is only day two... but it really hasn't improved anything either.
There is only one plus thing for me this week... or at least I think it is. I read some thing in a magazine about making your mascara go further... when it seems like it is all gone, but couldn't be cuz you just bought it - stick it into a hot glass of water. In my case, my tea cup or something... and whala... it is all creamy and smooth and goes on great! I know weird huh.

So any teas with dandelion, licorice, anise, senna, etc, should help a bit.
Mmmmmmm, steak!
For immediate relief you may want to try a nice foot bath with peppermint in it, like an Epsom salt and peppermint combo.
Really happy I have a whole room filled with herbs, just wish I could blink and have them at your doorstep
MMMMM, STEAK!!! I want some. Had chicken instead.
The pumpkin bread sounds yummie...warm right out of the oven with butter on it. My mouth is watering. We need to figure out how we can make it Adkins Friendly!!
from everything I've read, the water pills remove excess fluids in the body. The thing that most people don't realize, it that the body often stores excess fluids when I't isn't getting enough of them. Also, excessive salt in the diet can cause it. Oddly enough, water pills are technically designed to force the body to expel that salt. The water shed is just a side effect.
To get to the point, drink more water. Join a water challenge. cutting back on the salt wouldn't hurt either.
The trick I use is just replacing regular salt in the shaker with Morton's Lite salt. Half the sodium of regular salt, all the taste.

I'll shut up now before I start pissing people off.
