heat Oven to 375 degrees.
    1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion softens.
    2. Add green onions, minced green pepper, oregano, parsely, salt and pepper and 3/4 can of crushed tomato sauce and saute for about five minutes.
    3. Add the ground beef
    4. Brown ground beef and cook through. Mix well and cook another 10 minutes.
    5. Stuff mixture inside hollow green peppers layering parm chz, mixture, parm chz mixture, then top with shredded mont jack chz (overflow the pepper, its better that way!
    6. Pour reserved tomato liquid in a baking dish and place peppers in dish.
    7. Top each stuffed pepper with about a tablespoon of sauce.
    8. Mound each pepper with cheeses.
    9. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
