Note 2: This is the closest I could get to 11g net without a ton more onion and without including the net carb from avocado and lemon juice in the Special Category Foods. If you are a masochist, you are welcome to go to FitDay and play with the portions of the indicated veg.

Breakfast: include 1/8c diced tomato

Lunch: include a salad made from 1/2c shredded romaine, 1/8c spinach, 3/8c thinly-sliced onion (told ya!), 3/4c sliced Crimini mushroom and 3/4c diced celery

Dinner: include 3/8c chopped Kale
