Two Snack-Sized Servings: 271 cal; 5.4g total carb; 2.8g fiber; 2.6g net carb
For Extended Induction or OWL Rung 3:
Add Pecans (1.0oz chopped)
Two Snack-Sized Servings: 371 cal; 7.4g total carb; 4.1g fiber; 3.3g net carb
For OWL Rung 4:
Add Pecans
Add Dried Cranberries (.25oz finely chopped)
Two Snack-Sized Servings: 382 cal; 10.2g total carb; 4.3g fiber; 5.9g net carb
NOTE: You are best off making your own dried, sweetened cranberries using a sugar substitute. I made do with store-bought full-sugar cranberries this time, which probably jacked the carb count up by a gram or two. If this is going to make a regular appearance on my menu, I'll be making some from scratch and storing portions in baggies in the freezer.
