Today's Menu (net carb counts only):
I'm at a crossroads right now (8:15pm)...I could turn a few bites off-plan into a carb binge, OR I could just tuck into my veg and carry on. Much simpler to carry on, I think.
AM Snack (5:45am): 1oz Fiber One (11g)
Breakfast (8:15am): 2 scrambled eggs & 1 sausage patty from McDonald's (2g)
AM Snack - planned but skipped
Lunch - also skipped so I could help the housekeeper clean the house, because we were having an early evening guest
Guest Nosh (beginning 4:45pm): Bagel Chips (34g), Spinach & Artichoke Dip (8 gazillion, since I didn't make it), Brie (1g), celery, tomatoes and broccoli (maybe 10g)
Dessert (I'm still eating it gosh darnit): a buttered blueberry muffin (5.2g)
