Since weight loss isn't linear and my weight fluctuates anyway, I look at overall trends more than specific weights. I weigh daily, but only the record milestone or lowest weights I reach in my ticker history.
It took me nearly three months to lose the most recent five pounds. It may take me another three months to lose the next five pounds - and that suits me fine. More importantly, as my weight fluctuates, it has been fluctuating around a lower number as the months go by. I used to fluctuate between 140-142, then 138-140, now I fluctuate between 135-137. Slow and steady wins the race!
