**COMMENTARY**
Finally got my act together and came up with a layout I can use to incorporate everything I want to convey. Took alot of it from Michelle. Decided that Sundays will be my lazy day from now on. A day to just relax and watch football(while adhering to the diet of course). This last week has not been a great one for me on this diet. I've followed the induction rules for the most part. I have drank some scotch though. I have to stop that. All it does is postpone progress and being drunk has made me slip up a couple times and eat things I shouldn't. I hate that. All I have to do is not drink, and everything will be great. Also, drinking makes me smoke Black&Milds, which I don't do sober. Not smoking would also make the exercise a bit easier. I've been slacking on the exercise. Today I am going to get back in the swing of things. I hope this format isn't too confusing. I am writing this on monday morning. All the updated stuff is from yesterday, but the commentary is for today. I only do it this way because my time on the computer is in the morning, not the evening. I let my roommates play games on the puter in the evenings. Just easier that way.
I walked outside this morning and was treated to an amazing 62 degree temp. It actually felt cool for the first time in a while. Humidity didn't seem that bad either. Supposed to get to 90 today though. I'll get in some exercise in my fatcave today, but my chance to walt-to-run is past. I get too embarrased to exercise outdoors during daylight. After I loose some of this weight i'll feel a little better abut it. We have a treadmill, but it's broken. I took apart the control panel and figured out that the problem is the speed potentiometer. I contacted Weslo, the manufacturer, but they said they don't stock that part anymore because treadmills aren't made that way anymore. Found one on ebay, but the seller doesn't respond to emails. Neither did treadmill doctor. Assholes. I can hotwire it to run, but only on full speed, which is a death trap. No thank you. Aggravating.
Tomorrow morning I plan on getting up on time, around 4 or 5am. I'll do my conditioning drills, do my walk-to-run, mow the front and back yards, and do whatever other odds and ends I can find outside. I need to get started sanding the garage so I can paint it. Finished the house over two months ago. Just being sorry i guess.
Anyway, today is practically a restart for me as far as I'm concerned. I got way too lax recently, and need to get back to the way I was when I started. I still have the same gung ho attitude, but that damn Scotch has screwed me up every step of the way. No more of it.
In the immortal words of the Nutty Professor, "LETS...GET...BUSY!!"

**DEEP THOUGH OF THE DAY**

several of us died of tuberculosis." -Jack Handey
