**EXERCISE**
Walk-to-Run:found an excuse not to. Michelle got onto me about it. Glad someone did.
AeROBIC Rider:unlike the glider, this is an awesome machine. You can use it to work either upper or lower body. the lower part is good, but the upper body workout is amazing. I was on it for half an hour, alternating between upper, lower, and rest. sets of 30.
AirTech Glider:tried to spend half an hour on it, but only made 10 minutes. That thing really is a piece of ****. It doesnt feel like you're actually doing anything. It's supposed to imitate walking, but without the impact on your joints. Epic FAIL.

**COMMENTARY**
Feeling good in general today. Woke up hungry as ****, but other than that all is good. got in a walk/run this morning and feel awesome. The temp outside is amazing. I love cold weather and compared to summer temps around here, it's cold. low 60's i think.
That glider really is a pos. Im gonna get rid of it and just use the rider more. That thing really does work.
Having a NY Strip steak for dinner tonight. That'll be good for a change. Haven't really had much red meat since starting this diet. Not sure why. I guess those packs of pork chops were just too good of a deal.
After a couple days out of ketosis, im finally back in. I have the taste in my mouth, the hint of a headache, and those pos testing strips are reading small to moderate. I read something that said small to moderate is the best place to be. Apparent large is too severe and can lead to all kinds of problems. Not kidneys though. We all drink way too much water for that.
Also, i need to find good sources of potassium. I read about a year ago that the human body performs a delicate orchestra of balance between water, sodium, and potassium. with all the water i've been drinking, my salt intake has gone up also, but i dont think my potassium intake has. I don't want a defficiency. Ill have to look for more material on the subject.
I find myself stopping every few sentences and walking back outside, it feels that good. Screw sitting at this computer, im going to do some yard work. Catch ya on the flip...

**DEEP THOUGH OF THE DAY**
We used to laugh at Grandpa when he'd head off and go fishing. But wewouldn't be laughing that evening when he'd come back with some whore he
picked up in town. -Jack Handey

I really do need to find some other way to change things up. It's just not worth wasting a gram when I'm limited to 20 and trying to stay a little lower.
PS- Threw out the bottle of Worcestershire Sauce. I have a cabinet full of spices and hot sauces that are all 0 or <1g per serving. I'll use those.
