**EXERCISE**


Walk-to-Run:once around the neighborhood. Need to measure how long that is exactly. I need to find a route to use that equals out to 2 miles.

AeROBIC Rider:half an hour. should do more.

AirTech Glider:last day this will be a category. Trash.

Other Fat-Burning activities:not much today. head was sunburned and couldnt find any sunscreen. just an excuse. not an actual reason.

**FOODAGE**

Breakfast of a King:
4 scrambled eggs
3 slices of bacon. need to eat less bacon.

Snack:n/a

Lunch of a Prince:1oz each of sharp cheddar and colby; 1 pickle; 2 boneless pork chops; 1 cup each cooked cabbage and green beans.I thought Green Beans were off limits, but look at this.

Snack:n/a

Dinner of a Pauper:2 hotdogs sliced up w/horseradish mustard and 5 shrimp plain.

Water intake:64oz. I took it easy on the last day before the challenge starts.

Supplements:Equate multi-v w/licopene

Weight:still sans scale

**COMMENTARY**
My old friend sunburn paid me a visit today. Nice. I used that as an excuse not to do anymore work outside. Back on the train tomorrow. had the windows open all day today. Felt awesome. Also good to air out the house.
Tired, don't really feel like typing anymore right now. You're all off the hook for now.

Side Note. I just wanted to make sure that everyone was counting Net Carbs, not toal carbs. I thought Net carbs was total minus fiber, but apparently it's total - (Dietary Fiber+Sugar Alcohols+Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate+Glycerine).
This has the potential to allow you to sneak(not cheat) in a few more carbs.Read more details here.
