Breakfast of a King:
1 cup Green Beans
1 cup Cabbage
Snack:n/a
Lunch of a Prince:
Salad.(2 cups lettuce, half a cucumber, 2 egg whites, oil and vinegar
Snack:2 pieces salami
Dinner of a Pauper:haven't ate it yet, but thinking about burger steaks
Water intake:passed 100oz over an hour ago. maybe 200 in a day?
Supplements:Equate multi-v w/licopene
Weight:still sans scale

6 months ago I was doing electrical construction and was conditioned to climbing stairs all day, carrying heavy loads around a work site, and running up and down ladders constantly. Spending the day yesterday on top of that measly 6ft ladder showed me just how much of that conditioning has faded away. I'm not sore this morning like I thought I would be, but I was definitely exhausted last night.
