AeROBIC Rider:nothing yet, but still plenty of time for that.

Other Fat-Burning activities:sanded the eaves of the garage, in prep for painting.

**FOODAGE**

Breakfast of a King:
1 cup Green Beans
1 cup Cabbage

Snack:n/a

Lunch of a Prince:
Salad.(2 cups lettuce, half a cucumber, 2 egg whites, oil and vinegar

Snack:2 pieces salami

Dinner of a Pauper:haven't ate it yet, but thinking about burger steaks

Water intake:passed 100oz over an hour ago. maybe 200 in a day?

Supplements:Equate multi-v w/licopene

Weight:still sans scale

tired now. ill fill this in later. feeling....foggy.
