**COMMENTARY**
Rented a belt sander from the Home Depot. That thing whopped my a$$. Heavy machine to be using all day on vertical surfaces. The fact that this house was built in the late 50's and they didnt stop using lead paint until 78 was an afterthought. I'm still picking paint boogers. I wonder if there's any asbestos around here I can get into while i'm at it. Sheesh.
I'm not living off those ketosis test strips, but I do use one every now and then out of curiosity. Used one earlier and it was in the large range. I might need to adjust something. Everything I've read says to try to stay in the trace to small range. And I quote...
"Too many ketones indicate that you are burning fat too quickly, and may
irritate your bladder. Fast fat loss is a sure road to failure, because your body will
compensate by slowing your metabolic rate, leaving you feeling tired and toxic
from the high ketone levels in your system."

I've attached the .pdf of the particular paper I read that in. Pretty good read on ketogenic diets and how to know when you're burning fat.
I'm getting more veggies in my diet now, but I still need more. Especially breakfast. I never seem to eat them at breakfast. Maybe a green bean omlet? Doesn't sound great.
I have a huge tube of ground beef I need to do something with. Thinking about chopping a bunch of jalapenos and onions and mixing them in and making burgers. Yeah, that'll work.
Watched Major Payne for the umpteenth billion time. Love that movie.
Need to get more exercise in. No excuse for my laziness.
Thoughts reduced now to incomplete sentences.
Finished listening to Infected and Contagious. Started on Ancestor.
Going to make some cream cheese and olives.
my recipe is as follows
1block cream cheese
1 tbsp mayo
5-10 green olives, diced relatively small
couple tsp's olive juice(optional, for desired level of creaminess. sour cream or more mayo would also work)

mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
stir the next day and it's ready for use
Great on celery
careful how much you eat at a time. Cream cheese carbs can sneak up on you.
one of the threads on here suggested using radish slices as hash browns. I'm gonna try that in the morning, because the cauliflower hash browns turned out more like pancakes. Not bad, just not like hashbrowns.
bedeep bedeep bedeep bedeep bedeep that's all folks!

**DEEP THOUGH OF THE DAY**
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate.
And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it. -Jack Handey
