It's the 9th and it's day 9. I lost 5 lbs the scale says but it doesn't seem right to me. I weighed on day 1 and that was after I had carb'd up at Texas Road House for NYE. I was bloated and swollen. So, I weighed 5 lbs less a week later but something tells me that maybe I didn't weigh as much to begin with. But I promised myself I wouldn't dwell on the scale this time. I will only concentrate on how I feel. Thats a hillarious statement today because this cold weather has me feeling pretty crappy with no energy. I am not hungry which is good and bad. I ate some pepperoni and cheese this a.m. and then I had coffee twice. The 2nd one I am drinking now. I am trying to cut back on how many splenda packets I use in a cup. I know your technically supposed to count each one as one of your carbs. Well, I didn't have to to do that last time but then again I didn't drink coffee like I do now LOL. Well I'm learning. WE shall see. I am going to take this one day at a time and thank God for every day I see a pound gone. One pound is one pound gone forever. Determined Yay ME

Hey there.. day 6 for me, I use splenda packets with fiber, i believe they are 0 carbs. I don't use it often, but you might want to check into them.. Good luck, where are you from? I' im in MN, really cold here..
