WHO DAT! Do you know of any place to find real pork skins? I have had the Bakenetts from the grocery and the rold gold but my husband says I should try fresh. Of course he has no idea where to get them. we are season ticket holders so the dome has many temptations for us this Sunday. I guess we couldeat a turkey leg!! Lets bring home a win.
Hey there, I am so glad to find another Louisianian. It's funny you asked me this question. Last night we went to marksville and we passed a shop that said "fresh boudin, and fresh cracklins" ...now I know they aren't the only place. You can check any of your meat markets. Most of the meat markets in Louisiana make cracklins. You just made me hungry LOL
