Going strong, losing slow but feeling good. that is what counts. Hoping the scale will show soon. I lose about 1.5 lbs a week. Then it fluctuates all week lol.
I still struggle with veggies ..its a time thing. I am trying to make sure I eat a serving at lunch and dinner...sometimes dinner is just a quick snack. Not giving up. Ketones are showing on the strips. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can be outside moving around more.

Celery washed and cut is easy artichokes tossed in askillet with chicken and capers is also pretty easy. Last night I tried frozen spinach leaves with a srving of cream cheese and it wasn't too bad. The celery is good with chicken or egg salad. Olives are great too. You can take them with you in a baggie and snack on them. You prob already know all this just wanted to share
