I feel so bloated and just can't get it. I can't figure out how to make more time for my foods. I haven't eaten off plan one time in 7 weeks. But I don't enough of the right foods I eat meat and veggies and cheese. I usually try to get a flax muffin in the morning. Most evenings I haven't even made myself a dinner that could be recognized as a dinner. I had pepperoni and
cheese one night. I had just cheese another night. I had just some turkey one night. I usually during the week at work make myself eat a balanced meal. gotta go...trying to do better.
