Well things were going well until I woke up at 3am last Thursday with that feeling in my throat. You know that tickle, that dryness that leads to a cold. Thursday I went to work, ate leftover sausages that I had left up there from the day before. Started feeling worse. Went to coffee shop, ate lemon loaf, yogurt with honey, etc. I thought it would help my throat. It kinda did but I should have gotten back on the diet the next day. Nope. Stayed home Friday and Saturday and carbed out. It was not worth it.

Sunday I was feeling the worst, not only because I had a cold but because the soups,sandwiches,chips I was eating gave me heartburn and made me feel bloated. I gained an inch on my waist. I'm not measuring until December now. Or weighing.

So Sunday evening I made the decision to drink lots of water to maybe purge the carbohydrates lol I dunno. I also made the decision that sick or not I go back on Atkins Monday.

So I feel better today. I kick started my reinduction off kinda "unpure" with coffee and later 20 garlic parmesan wings with 10g carbs I know it will get me into ketosis fast but I wish there were less carbs in it. Maybe I should get them "plain" next time.

No more wings for a while however, too much money.

Starting tomorrow I will eat more eggs, plain meats, butter, mayonnaise, oil, green veggies, water. Less cheese.

Instead of getting wings or a baconater for lunch every day, I will prepackage tuna/mayo/relish/eggs and a water bottle or two.

Also started fitday. Somewhat frustrating looking for certain foods. May not keep it up. My food journal I write on notepad is way easier.

Looking forward to House tonight. I love Wilson, he is so cute. Yes I have no life.
