It's been a while since I've updated, I know. Things haven't been too good around here lately. I can feel myself slipping back into depression and I'm clinging onto the walls with the bed of my nails. I don't want to fall back in, I don't want to go back to that.

That being said, I have kept up my gym visits (although I haven't been for 3 weeks because I've been on vacation) and I've tried to eat pretty well. I'm at 161 lbs right now though, so I'm up 6 lbs since February. To be completely honest, my focus has been elsewhere. I haven't really cared about what I've eaten or what I've weighed. I've had my priorities elsewhere, although I've been trying to change that as of late. I've dropped 2 lbs in the last week by changing my eating habits, and I've started cooking a lot more which is saving me a large fortune. Money has been one of my worries, so it's nice to get back into Atkins and have my money problems being alleviated. I've made broccoli & mushroom soup, spanish chicken and a pot of ropa vieja, so meals for the next week are catered for. Breakfast each day is whole chicken sausages (no fillers) so they keep me going until lunch time.
