Criminitly... binged on cheese last night, clearly emotional eating, clearly overdid it, clearly a poor decision. I also stayed up too late and tried to function on 4 hours sleep today. Sleep is so crucial for this WOE to work...

The kids were way better following a new seating chart and a good talking to. Guess I'll have to exchange these new rolls of duct tape for something chic and sparkly.

Menus were a little better today. I discovered a low-carb breakfast drink and zero carb flavour packets for my water. I added some zip to my usual spinach and tuna salad with some bacon bits and salad olives. I cooked up ground beef and mixed in leftover sauce from a roast earlier this week. I'd like to find a nice low-carb thickener as it would have made for awesome gravy. Will look into that.

Still not exercising. My gym membership card looks fabulous on my keychain, though. pfffffffffft
