Ok so I signed up for my first challenge.... er... challengES. I'm slightly OCD, so more's better, right?

100 oz. of water per day... not sure what my water count is right now to tell the truth. I tried ABB Boot Camp a couple times and got kicked out every time. I don't know if it's having to be accountable to others and the rebel in me just screams, "Here, hold my beer and watch this!" or what. So I'm sipping away here.

1000 ball crunches, 1000 squats, 200 pushups... starting today makes that 36 crunches and 36 squats per day. Actually this morning I made it 3 sets of 12 ball crunches, 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of 15 lb. bicep curls, 3 sets of ball pushups with the ball at my upper thigh. Last time I worked out my trainer told me to make my workout a circuit of one set per exercise without resting to make it cardio friendly. I wound up with a pretty brief workout that had me breathing hard by the last pushup. I'll start here, though, and up the ante later when I'm no longer winded by the last circuit. And I'll change my goal to include the whole circuit. Yep yep yep.
