Guilty.

I was looking for a quick and cheap alternative to the drive thru at McDonald's where I order my scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage patty breakfast... no veggies I know but lunch is a fabulous salad, so... anyhow it works and I decided to fix it.

I bought the box of 6 Atkins bars and 4 shakes yesterday morning. I wound up eating four bars and drinking 3 shakes in one day. Today I finished off the two bars and one shake remaining. How freakin stupid is that. I mean seriously I hardly ever crave when I'm on the WOE and really on the WOE.

Guess we'll see how long the stall lasts, because even Ray Charles can see it comin'.

I'm thinking that cooking foods ahead of time this weekend might help. I know the flaxmeal muffins can be made in advance and frozen. Ditto for the flaxmeal buns and could add that sausage patty in there, nuke it and head out the door to work. Any new WOL requires some planning and readjusting.

And I didn't get up early enough to exercise this week. About all I managed were my squats while brushing my teeth.

I did manage to get the jeans on I couldn't before starting back on Atkins, which is way cool.

Will not let the frankenfoods get me down again.
