I love early mornings... even though my weigh in today showed no progress. I knew with the slip in to frankenfoods land it was shot to you-know-where. I knew it mainly by how I felt. Bloated... Off=center... Not myself.

It's one of the reasons I like journaling so much. Somehow seeing my day-to-day in black and white removes the chance of riding down that river in Egypt... oh wait, denial isn't a river in Egypt...

Just for today... drink my water

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled in 2 T butter
2 slices cheddar
2 small tomatoes (1" diam.)
2 oz beef sausage diced

Snack:
broccoli florets
mashed avocado w/splash of lime juice

Supper:
off to Golden Corral for steak, fajita beef and chicken, shrimp scampi, broccoli spear, green beans, mushrooms... stuffed silly...
