Skipped breakfast. Lunch was spinach salad with broccoli, a pouch of tuna, a couple string cheeses, caesar. Supper was leftover chili. Fried a low-carb tortilla but it didn't really crisp like I'd hoped to make frito pie. Was good for a little added texture. Had a carefully measured snack of low-carb ice cream and walnuts.

I'm realizing I get full faster now. Pretty awesome.

Also today I slipped into a desk in my dept chair's classroom as I am wont to do every day to join our little lunch bunch... and I noticed my gut wasn't squeezed up against the edge of the tabletop of the desk. Nice surprize.

Tom's hitting me with such a vengeance, though, I'm not in a real good space. Can't wait for menopause.
