I'm not happy. Weighed myself this morning to find I had gained 2 lbs. I know it's TOM, but geez it's nearly over and honestly 2 lbs???
So I'm going to log carefully, blog better, try to take into account every-single-bite that passes my ever eager lips.
Breakfast: McDonald's side of eggs with cheese and side of sausage
Lunch: fresh spinach with broccoli florets, a pouch of hickory flavored tuna with mayo, one carb balance tortilla
So far that's 893 calories, 13.2 net carbs, 62% fat... not bad. I'm thinking about chicken fingers for tonight... rolled in parmesan and fried. I have lots of mushrooms that I need to use up. Hmmm...
60 oz of h2o so far.
I know the problem is simply overeating. Also I know I've been eating too much hard cheese even though I'm doing dairy... and that's a no-no. Overdoing it on salad is better than chips but it's still overeating. I really want this weight GONE. My mini-goal at this point is to get below 250 and stay there.
Supper: 1 lg chicken breast sliced into chicken fingers, breaded with parmesan, 1 avocado, 1 oz sour cream, 1 oz lime juice, 2T wing sauce
21.9g net carbs for the day

I just keep plugging away because I know eventually my body will just let go and things will be back to normal.
Let your body fluctuate...you can't expect it to keep burning like it always has..you have to give it time to bounce, make up its mind, get ready for its next release, etc.
Love the fried Chicken Fingers....this last time I added a little Jane's Crazy Salt to the cheese and OMG was it good.
But if crusty old farts on these boards can lose weight on Atkins, I can!!! LOL
As far as the weight going up and down this it's because of TOM. I won't even weigh myself during that time becuase I'll get disappointed.
