French club meets on Thursdays. It was our brunch meeting when I bring croissants and nutella and jam and juice for the kiddos... arranged everything as far from my desk as I could and basically hid behind my desk.
I was fine. I had purchased a package of hard salami at the store and had just consumed the whole damn pack. I started out well... four slices on a low-carb tortilla and some mayo and a string cheese... then oh I'll have a little more salami... oh that was good how about more. Yep, half a pound o' hard salami for breakfast. Sheeshola.
Needless to say I wasn't hungry when lunchtime rolled around, not that had ever stopped me from eating before. I had a string cheese and did some work, helped a colleague with some technology questions she had.
The house is quiet as DH is out on a sales call. I stirfried a couple yellow squash and zucchinis, put half in the fridge for tomorrow then stirred in a cup of chicken leftover from yesterday's Sam's club yard bird. Oh man they do make a good roasted chicken.
According to FitDay that's 2145 calories, 28.8 net carbs.

I had cream cheese in mine. I started out with 5 and then I made 5 more and then I had 5 more pieces!!! It was SO GOOD!!
