Our department is in charge of "school spirit" this month. We do little things each week for our colleagues to boost morale. Today we provided chips and dips. I bought the usual plus pork rinds just for me hehehe
I don't feel like I ate super healthy today, lots of sodium. Sipping away here...

Breakfast: McDonald's eggs, cheese and sausage
Lunch: spinach and broccoli salad, pepperoni slices, caesar, string cheese
Snack: string cheese... then got home with those pork rinds and ate the rest of the bag along with guacamole then microwaved some pepperoni "chips"...
18.2 net carbs... Just feel like stopping there today.
