Last night snarfed down an entire order of 20 wings from WingStop. It doesn't matter that they're low-carb, nor that they're legal. It's TWENTY wings... not 5... not 10... 20. And since they're divided in two, that'd be 40 times I reached into the styrofoam box and snarfed.
Got up this morning hungry. How dumb is that???
So I decided to eat more carbs today and less meat and cheese. Two flaxmeal muffins for breakfast. Big salad for lunch with baby spinach, broccoli, pico de gallo, strips of beef and one slice of provolone and dressing... a little hummus to eat more broccoli.
And now I'm sitting here snarfing broccoli.
And crying. I dunno I mean I just read about Ft. Hood. I don't want to get into politics on the ADBB and won't.
Just a pissy day.
