Just discovered this little feature on FitDay I hadn't seen before. Evidently by logging my weigh-ins I find that overall I have lost 18.9 lbs. since September 19th, an average of 2.7 lbs per week.

Now I lost quite a bit of that on induction. Looking at just the last month, I am losing on average 1.1 lbs per week... and the projection is that if I keep it up I will still only be 237 at the end of January. I'm so impatient...

Oh and another inch is gone. Yay!
