Wow, cool new blog feature going on here. I don't remember it being around before....

Anyway....

Today is day 3 of Induction. I feel like I live on Induction now. On again off again, I don't understand why I can't make it stick. The first time I did this I made my original Induction and did 2 1/2 months of Extended Induction and had no real trouble at all. At least that's how the memory goes. I lost 30 pounds in that time.

Then.....

It's funny how success goes to a person's head. Well, my head anyway.

Oh well, we can't live in the past can we? Today is a brand new day and I don't have to worry about being perfect until tomorrow, so....ya....I feel great. It's been the best day 3 ever (and believe me, I've had some pretty horrific day 3's!).
