I can't even believe I'm clicking along at day 5 already! Most restarts I would have dropped out somewhere during day 3. It really gives me hope!
I'm totally getting into the swing of FitDay now, and now that I have a whole day's worth of food items added, plus some for today, I'm finding it even easier. I can imagine I'll have a lot of repeat entries, so it's easy to pick from the recently added list. My only issue is the fact that the fibre isn't deducted from the carb counts, I can't track water, and there's no where to log my vitamins. Okay, so that's a few issues, but for a free service it's pretty cool.
