Okay, so I now have one whole week under my belt. And cheat free to boot! I've started exercising again and I'm feeling strong and under control.

I won't say its' been a total walk in the park. I nearly cracked yesterday and spending the day with my mom today was hard. For some reason I really want to snack when I'm at her house, but I did it, and that's all that counts.

Week two, here I come!
