Oh ya, I forgot about the fibre supplements

1 chromium tablet (new)
1 fish oil capsule (new)
L-glucamine (as needed) (new)

Currently I take the top five items first thing in the morning. I used to split it up and take my multivitamin, another calcium, and the vitamin C in the afternoon, but now I take them all at once in the morning.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with all these supplements now though. I think maybe I should split it up instead of taking them all at once. Hmmmm.....
