Well I am now in the middle of week 2 of induction and so far so good. Been for some good walks and feeling better after a good initial weight loss. I am hoping to post a 5lb or greater loss on Wednesday but am prepared for a lower number.
I am doing well with the water drinking and have switched to Sainsbury's own diet drinks as they contain sucralose not asparteme. I also have sugar free jelly when need a sweet fix, think the US translation is jello, could be wrong, often are.
I do not drink coffee, but have ben unable to give up drinking tea, though I do have it black with no sweetners. I work 15 hour nights and need some caffeine to cope.
Will post further blogs in the future, not because I need you to read it but because I need to write it down...putting thoughts and feelings into words somewhere
