hi everyone i lost 1.5 kgs this week, (i.e. 3 lbs), not much, but it's still a loss & since i workout everyday for 2 hours, my legs r beginning to look better i still have a long way 2 go, but i'll get there and i know that the longer i diet & the closer i get 2 my goal, the weight loss will decrease ......so it's ok, i'll just hang in there
