Sad... but content. My weight loss has stalled and remained the same for the last two weeks. I admit that I have been drinking way too much diet pepsi and my visits to the gym have been few. I am going to cut back on my carbs and go into introduction again to get the weight moving. And I need to visit the gym on a much more regular basis. I still have 40 pounds to get off by June. The good thing is that I have not gained any weight back and have been eating sensible. There sure have been lots of food challenges surrounding me lately. Positive thoughts, one pound at a time, it will come off!
